AncestryDNA estimates that 34% of Dr. Ford’s ancestry is connected to Ghana and the Ivory Coast. During the pilgrimage, she hopes to share copies of Quime Tells the Truth and Jesus Is My Help! with children and schools in Ghana, then carry what she learns into her writing, teaching, and community work.
